Parade Day & Time
The 2026 parade will take place on Tuesday, November 11, 2026 and will start at 11:11 AM.
Deadline to Submit Entry Form
The deadline for the 2026 Parade is Saturday, October 24, 2026. Entries for the 2026 Parade open on March 1, 2026. Submit early to ensure your placement. Thank you!
We’re no longer offering printed versions of the entry form, though we’re happy to provide assistance if there is a question or problem completing the form.

These will also need to be shared with anyone participating as part of your entry. You will also be emailed a copy of the PDF after submitting the entry form.
Entry Judging
Judging will take place in the following categories listed below. Only equestrian entries are required to be judged. You will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you wish to participate.

Entry Fee
There is an entry fee of $50.
This fee is waived if your entry is a member of one of the following:
• Veteran’s organizations
• Military Service members and groups (including Active Duty, Reserve and ROTC, and JROTC)
• Individual Veteran entries
• Gold Star families
• Sponsoring organizations
• Bands
• Youth and children’s groups
• Community service organizations
Submit your Entry Form
To join the parade, entry forms must be received no later than Saturday, October 24, 2026. Any forms received past that day will not be accepted. We’re no longer offering printed versions of the entry form, though we’re happy to provide assistance if there is a question or problem completing the form. Please make sure to read and understand the rules prior to submitting the entry form. You will be responsible for ensuring all participants are informed of and comply with the parade rules. This ensures a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants and spectators. For any questions, please contact us.
To help us honor those who have served and those who continue to serve, each parade entry shall include a visible message of thanks. All civilian vehicles or units must display a note of appreciation. Vehicles that are clearly military or directly support veterans’ services are already considered part of the tribute and do not need to display an additional message.

How do I pay for my entry fee?
If you’re an individual or organization that needs to pay an entry fee, we’re able to accept payments by check, or through our PayPal account. Our organization is a 501(c)(3) charity, so your payment is tax deductible.
