Thank you for your interest in becoming one of the approved food carts at the Linn County Oregon Veterans Day Parade!

Deadline to Submit Application

All applications must be received no later than Friday, August 1, 2025. Once submitted, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.

We’re no longer offering printed versions of the application, though we’re happy to provide assistance if there is a question or problem completing the form. 

Application Fee

There is an application fee of $50.

Once your application is reviewed, a member of the committee will reach  out to you. You can pay your fee below.

Do I need to pay a permit fee today?

No. You’re not required to pay a fee until your application has been accepted.

Once approve, we’re able to accept payments by check, or through our PayPal account. Our organization is a 501(c)(3) charity, so your payment is tax deductible.
