Thank you for your interest in becoming a participant in the parade! We’re proud to be able to bring people to together honor our Veterans. 

Please make sure to review the deadline for submitting your entry listed below, along with other important requirements. If you need assistance, please contact us.

Parade Day & Time

The 2025 parade will take place on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 and will start at 11:11 AM.

Deadline to Submit Entry Form

To join the parade, entry forms must be received no later than Friday, October 31, 2025. Any forms received past that day will not be accepted.

We’re no longer offering printed versions of the entry form, though we’re happy to provide assistance if there is a question or problem completing the form.

Entry Judging

Judging will take place in the following categories listed below. Only equestrian entries are required to be judged. You will be given the opportunity to opt-in if you wish to participate.

  • Youth – Walking
  • Bands – High School/Middle School
  • Equestrian
  • Float – Commercial
  • Float – Community/Non Profit
  • Marching – ROTC

  • Vehicle – Commercial
Entry Fee

There is an entry fee of $50.

This fee is waived if your entry is a member of one of the following:
• Veteran’s organizations
• Military Service members and groups (including Active Duty, Reserve and ROTC, and JROTC)
• Individual Veteran entries
• Gold Star families
• Sponsoring organizations
• Bands
• Youth and children’s groups
• Community service organizations

Our goal is to honor those who have served and continue to do so. It’s our wish that each entry to add a statement of thanks to every vehicle or entry unit. Thank you for your support!

How do I pay for my entry fee?

If you’re an individual or organization that needs to pay an entry fee, we’re able to accept payments by check, or through our PayPal account. Our organization is a 501(c)(3) charity, so your payment is tax deductible.
